By accessing or using DVDIFY ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DVDIFY provides a tool to create DVD screensaver-style animated videos using images you upload. The Service includes both free and paid export options with varying quality and duration limits.

3. User Content and Conduct

You agree that you will NOT upload, create, or share content that:

• Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive material
• Violates any laws or regulations
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload. You are solely responsible for the content you create and any consequences of sharing it.

4. Payments and Refunds

Paid exports are processed through Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure or service unavailability.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any delays, failures, or losses resulting from Service unavailability.

6. Free Tier Limitations

Free exports are limited to 15 seconds duration and SD quality (720p). We reserve the right to impose rate limits and usage caps to prevent abuse.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

DVDIFY and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
